This project is a Mall consisting of basement, 4 floors shop spaces with a floor of 8,000 sqm.
MAGMA executed Facade lighting, relocation of all the technical plant ( including Chillers, Generators, Fans, Totalizing Panels …) from the old roof where currently ABC have the L4 Restaurants to the new Roof (Dbayeh side) .
MAGMA executed the Extension II and III for all the electro-mechanical systems (AHUs, FCUs, Fans, Ducting, Lighting, Panel Boards, Fire Fighting System, Fire Detection System … )
MAGMA installed for all the Mall the BMS system.
The installed drainage system consists of Five sets of Duplex Submersible Pumps, PVC piping network, in addition to the installation of all sanitary fixtures.

A. Power Plant:
- Power Generation Plant: Consists of 20 Generators 500 KVA each
- Uninterruptible Power Supply System that consist on the following:
- Solid state rectifiers/chargers.
- Static inverters
- Static transfer switches

G. Building Management System:
- A building management system (TREND by HONEYWELL) installed to monitor all main electric panels and generators

- Panel boards supplied and installed based on high reliability, operational safety standards and under manufacturer tests
- All panel boards and MCC’s are fully equipped to ready to communicate with BMS via Mod-bus and/or dry contacts
