The project is an office space for multi-national companies consisting of 2 basements serving parking areas, and 6 floors office spaces, with a floor area of 5,000 m2.
The project applies green building technologies.
Plumbing
Water Supply:
Municipal water is filtered via softener with a filtration capacity 50 m3/ day located in second basement to reduce calcium and hard dissolved water particles, then water is pumped to roof via a transfer pumping sets.
Offices are supplied via variable speed pumps located on roof.
Project has many green spaces, irrigation system is installed with a capacity of 4m3/h.
Potable water is purified via cartridge and UV filters to improve municipal drinking water quality and pumped to cafeteria, plant capacity is 4 m3/h.
Fire Fighting system:
Fire protection of basements parking areas and floors is via fire hose cabinets supplied
by an electrical fire fighting pump with a capacity of 20m3/h.
Generator rooms, electrical rooms, fuel rooms are protected by FM200 fire suppression system which is a non lethal eco-friendly agent.
Water Mirror:
Four Water mirrors are built in ground floor and sixth floor for decoration, water is re-circulated and filtered by sand filters and chlorine is injected to ensure water clarity.
The plant’s capacity is 5 m3/h for each water mirror.
