I've been a developer for over 15 years, and this is my second project with Magma Engineering and Contracting. Our first project together was a success in quality, speed, and price. This project is a residential building in Beirut with 2 basements and 5 floors, everything is going very well so far, we've completed both basements and just finished pouring the ground floor. We hired Magma Engineering and Contracting for the full design-build renovation and fit-out of our new office space in Baabda, just outside Beirut, roughly 375 square meters. The scope covered a shared kitchen and lobby, bathrooms, an open common area for our staff, and five separate closed offices for our managerial and sales teams. Magma handled everything from the MEP work to the final finishing under one contract, and the whole fit-out was completed in record time without cutting corners on quality. We couldn't decide on the wood choice of material and colors during the Design Phase, so Magma took us to their factory so we could personally choose the wood samples, design, and color palette before anything was built. We finished our apartment renovation in Achrafieh, Beirut back in February 2026, and the open-concept kitchen is honestly the masterpiece of the whole house.
