ABC Baytarian Parking

The project involved the execution of complete electro-mechanical systems for a new multi-story parking facility serving 252 vehicles, comprising one basement level and four upper parking floors. Mechanical works included high-capacity ventilation systems designed for continuous car emission extraction and dual-speed operation for smoke exhaust in fire mode. Water supply systems comprised basement water storage tanks feeding parking wash points and guard rooms, while façade landscaping was supported by an integrated irrigation system. Fire and life safety provisions included portable fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and smoke control systems. Electrical and low-current systems covered architectural and functional lighting for all parking levels and façades, CCTV surveillance for security, and a parking management system for vehicle counting and monitoring.
