Al Nabil Factory

Al Nabil Factory is a 3,500 square meter industrial facility for which MAGMA executed a full-scale rehabilitation covering all civil, MEP, and finishing works throughout the entire structure. The scope encompassed comprehensive structural assessment and repairs, complete MEP systems renewal including electrical distribution, HVAC systems, plumbing and drainage networks, fire protection systems, and low-current infrastructure. Interior finishing works covered complete refurbishment of all spaces including flooring, wall treatments, ceiling systems, plastering, painting, and all associated finishing details. External works included façade rehabilitation, waterproofing, and hardscaping. All disciplines were executed with seamless integration across all trades throughout the rehabilitation.
