Banque Du Liban – Bikfaya Branch

Banque Du Liban Bikfaya Branch is an institutional heritage building for which MAGMA executed a full-scale rehabilitation covering the complete exterior façade, roof, and interior finishing works. Façade works included full stone remediation, surface restoration, architectural rehabilitation of all elevations, and comprehensive waterproofing systems. Roof works covered complete waterproofing, structural repairs, and full reinstatement of the roofing system. Interior works comprised full sanding and repainting of all steel elements, complete plastering works, and full repainting of all walls and ceilings throughout all internal spaces. All works were executed under strict coordination protocols to ensure zero disruption to the branch's daily banking operations throughout the entire construction period.
