The project involved the execution of MEP works for a residential development comprising 17 blocks with a total of 125 chalets, underground parking areas, and common facilities. Plumbing systems included main and secondary domestic water tanks, transfer and variable-speed booster pump sets supplying individual blocks and chalets, irrigation systems spread out on an area of 27,000 sqm, partially fed by rainwater collection, and complete drainage networks. Heating was provided through individual LPG-fired boilers installed in each chalet, supplying space heating and domestic hot water via internal storage tanks, with load prioritization through diverting valves. A centralized LPG supply system was installed consisting of 13 underground storage tanks of 5,000 liters each, complete with multistage pressure regulation, apartment-level metering, gas detection, automatic isolation valves, and mechanical shut-off systems, executed in accordance with French DTU 61 standards to ensure operational safety and reliability.
