Holcom Offices

The project involved the execution of complete MEP works for a commercial office building comprising two basement levels allocated for parking and technical areas, and six upper office floors with a total built-up area of approximately 5,000 m², designed in line with green building standards. Water supply systems included municipal water treatment through softening units, cartridge and UV filtration systems, with treated water transferred to roof tanks via pumping sets and distributed to office floors through variable-speed booster pumps supplying sanitary fixtures, cafeterias, and irrigation networks. Fire protection works comprised fire hose reel cabinets serving basements and office floors, supplied by an electrically driven fire pump, in addition to FM-200 clean agent fire suppression systems protecting generator rooms, electrical rooms, and fuel storage areas. Ancillary systems included irrigation networks for landscaped areas and decorative water mirror systems equipped with sand filtration and chlorination units, with all mechanical and electrical systems fully coordinated and integrated within the building infrastructure.
