LAUMC - Rizk Hospital

The works executed by Magma included the rehabilitation of the Central Sterilization Unit (CSU) and Chiller B, comprising comprehensive MEP and electrical works carried out within a fully operational hospital environment. The scope included the construction of a floating slab system for acoustic isolation, the installation and integration of chillers, chilled water piping networks, fan coil units (FCUs), and air handling units (AHUs). Electrical works comprised complete electrical installations, including MCC panel boards, main electrical cabling and power distribution. All systems were fully integrated through a centralized Building Management System (BMS), enabling monitoring, control, and coordination of all operations. The scope also included a complete fire protection system, comprising a sprinkler network, executed in coordination with the upgraded mechanical and electrical systems.
