Le Bristol Hotel

The project involved the execution of full MEP works for a five-star hotel comprising two basement levels, ground floor, mezzanine level, six upper floors, and roof-level technical areas. The air-conditioning system was designed as a central four-pipe chilled water system incorporating chillers, boilers, primary and secondary pumping, AHUs for public areas, FCUs for guest rooms, package units for kitchens and halls, and full fresh air and exhaust ventilation, controlled via DDC and integrated into the BMS and RMS. Fire protection works included an addressable fire alarm system, automatic sprinklers, fire hose reels, standpipe and hydrant networks, FM-200 systems for electrical and IT rooms, and a complete fire pump set. Plumbing and drainage systems covered domestic hot and cold-water distribution, raw and treated water storage tanks, booster pump sets with VFDs, RO and UV water treatment, and soil, waste, and storm drainage networks. Electrical works comprised MV/LV power distribution, diesel generators, UPS systems, general, emergency, and exit lighting, and low-current systems integrated through the Building Management System.
