Maceio 1 & 2

The project comprises two high-end residential buildings, each consisting of 11 floors, a total of 33 apartments, and four basement levels accommodating parking and service areas. Magma executed the complete MEP works for both buildings, including full electrical systems covering power distribution, lighting, earthing, and low-current systems, as well as HVAC systems and plumbing installations. The scope also included basement and parking area services, such as ventilation systems, drainage and pumping systems, and associated safety installations. All systems were fully coordinated and executed to ensure occupant comfort and long-term reliability, in line with the standards of a high-end residential development.
