The project involved the execution of complete MEP works for a multi-level government facility comprising three basements, ground floor, three upper floors, a ministerial floor, and roof-level technical areas. HVAC systems were based on a VRV configuration providing cooling and heating via multiple outdoor units, indoor units, and fresh air and exhaust ventilation systems, fully monitored and controlled through a BMS. Fire protection systems included addressable fire alarm, wet sprinkler system, dry system, FM-200, CO₂, and dry chemical suppression, supported by dedicated fire pump rooms. Plumbing and drainage works covered domestic water supply from underground concrete tanks, booster pump sets with VFDs, polypropylene storage tanks, hot water generation via electric heaters, and complete soil, waste, and drainage networks. Electrical works comprised MV/LV power distribution, transformers, diesel generators, UPS systems, general and emergency lighting, exit signage, fire alarm integration, structured cabling, IP telephony, CCTV, SMATV, and full BMS integration via Modbus and dry contacts.
