Officers Club

Officers Club is a large-scale military and recreational facility commissioned by the Lebanese Armed Forces, representing one of MAGMA's most technically demanding waterproofing projects to date. The scope covered over 5,000 square meters of specialized waterproofing works executed across multiple areas including roofs, pool surrounds, and all associated external surfaces. Works commenced with the full dismantling and careful removal of over 550 solar panels installed across the facility's rooftops and technical areas, exposing the substrates for treatment. Different waterproofing systems were applied across different areas based on technical requirements and exposure conditions, ensuring the correct specification for each zone. Upon completion of all waterproofing works, all 550 solar panels were fully reinstalled and recommissioned.
