SFI Warehouse & Office Facility

SFI Warehouse & Office Facility is a 1,115 square meter commercial facility in Arlington, Washington, delivered by MAGMA as a full ground-up construction project on a turnkey execution basis. SFI, a major transportation and logistics company, selected MAGMA to deliver their new warehouse and operations facility in Arlington. The facility comprises dedicated office spaces, common areas, kitchen and bathroom areas, and a large-scale storage and operations area designed to accommodate trucks and heavy materials. Works encompassed site preparation, foundations and concrete works, full metal structure erection, complete MEP systems installation including electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing and drainage, fire protection, and all associated finishing works across both the office and warehouse portions of the facility.
