Société Huile & Dérivés

Société Huile & Dérivés is a large-scale industrial and port facility for which MAGMA executed the complete rehabilitation of the main administrative building. The scope covered all civil, MEP, finishing, and façade works throughout the entire structure, encompassing structural repairs, complete MEP systems renewal including electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing and drainage networks, as well as fire protection systems. Façade works included full surface rehabilitation, comprehensive waterproofing systems, and complete repainting of all elevations. Interior finishing works included complete refurbishment of all spaces covering flooring, wall treatments, ceiling systems, plastering, and full repainting throughout. All disciplines were executed concurrently under MAGMA's full coordination and site management, ensuring seamless integration across all trades throughout the rehabilitation.
