The project involved the execution of full MEP systems, comprising two residential buildings, each consisting of 11 floors with two apartments per floor, and three basement levels. Magma was responsible for electrical systems, including power distribution, low-current systems, panel boards, and generators, as well as mechanical systems comprising plumbing, drainage, and HVAC installations. The scope also covered all mechanical and electrical plant areas, including boiler rooms, pumping stations, sewage treatment plant, and electrical rooms. All systems were fully coordinated and delivered to ensure safe operation, occupant comfort, and long-term reliability of the development.
