Supply & Installation of Fire Protection Sprinkler Network covering 8,000 sqm with Extended Coverage sprinkler heads in accordance with NFPA 13 Installation of External Fire Protection Discharge network from fire pumping station to Alarm Check Valves inside the village that include pipe laying, welding, surface preparation, anti-corrosion paint with all necessary supports Installation, Testing & Commissioning of all submersible pumps including guide rails, lifting chains, associated piping works & control panels.

Supply & Installation of UPS systems with Batteries, Racks & all associated works
Testing & Commissioning Works:
Testing & Commissioning of all MEP systems at Cascada Village that include but not limited to: Main Fire Pumps, Fire Protection System, Booster Pumps, Water Distribution Network, Drainage & Sewage Networks, External U/G Networks, HVAC System, Power System, Low Current Systems
