The project involved supply & construction of Two Basements, One Ground Floor, One Mezzanine & Six Upper Floor, each upper floor consisting of Thirty Five Rooms
The Ground Floor contains the Hotel Entrance & Lobby, Restaurants, Satellite
Kitchens & Halls
The Basement One contains the main kitchen, Convention Room, Staff Lockers,
Staff Canteen, Garbage Room & Technical Areas
The Basement Two Contains Satellite Kitchen & Technical Areas
The Upper Roof Contains the Chilled Water Plant, Package Units of F6 Floor, Exhaust Fans, Fire Pumps, Cooling Tower & Miscellaneous Equipment.
Mechanical Work
The Air-conditioning installations for this project is based on four pipe system.
Refrigeration Capacity of 2000 KW is provided from a park of six chillers & seven
VRV systems. Eight Pumps are used for chilled water circulation (Five Primary
Pumps & Three Secondary equipped with VFD). Air Handling Equipment consists
of twenty AHU, four package unit & two hundred thirty eight fan coil units. Ventilation Equipment Consists of seventy nine exhaust & fresh air fan.
Heating Plant Capacity of 1400 KW is provided from a park of two boilers & six
pumps for heating water circulation
The Air Conditioning System is monitored, controlled and managed by the a state of the art DDC (Direct Digital Control) system, BMS (Building Management System) & RMS (Room Management System). These manage and control the temperature & lighting operation in the various rooms and related operation of the HVAC equipment
The project is equipped with fire detection and protection systems. The fire protection is provided by a wet system, FM 200 & CO2 systems
The Air Conditioning System is monitored, controlled and managed by a state of the art:

Implemented to manage and control the temperature & lighting operation in the various rooms and related operation of the HVAC equipment
Plumbing
The Plumbing & Drainage installations for this project is massive and extensive.
It includes the installation of all plumbing fixtures inside toilets & kitchens.
The Water Supply system is provided by Underground Concrete Tanks for Raw Water,
Water Treatment Plant & Treated Water GRP Tank with 35,000 L volume located at Basement 1 Level (Auxiliary Tank is available at Roof as back-up) .
The Water distribution is assured by three booster pumps equipped with variable frequency drives.
The hot water is generated in three hot water storage tanks of 3000 L each. RO (Reverse Osmosis) & UV (Ultraviolet) are used for water treatment, filtration & disinfection
The installed drainage system consists of four sets of Duplex Submersible Pumps,
PVC, Cast Iron & PPHT piping network. The kitchens are equipped with Stainless
Steel gratings Grade 316
