HVAC
Fire Fighting system:
Parking is protected via sprinkler system covering all parking floor areas, and individual fire hose cabinets.
Electrical rooms are protected by FM200 fire suppression system which is a non lethal eco-friendly agent.
Ventilation:
Fresh air and exhaust fans are operated to ensure proper ventilation and clean air in premises, these fans are dual speed, operating at low speed in normal ventilation mode and high speed in case of fire to for smoke management, stairwell pressurization.
